SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Task Lead to support an opportunity at MacDill AFB, FL. Position Overview Section We are seeking a highly experienced Task Lead (Senior) to oversee daily operations and execution of a federal services contract. This role serves as the on-site lead responsible for workforce coordination, contract performance, and direct engagement with Government stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong operational awareness, contract execution experience, and the ability to manage a dynamic, mission-driven environment.</p> <p>Minimum Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>5-7+ years (within the last 10 years) of operations management or team leadership on a DoD or federal services contract, including at least 2 consecutive years in a leadership role OR </li><li>Equivalent military or civil service experience in operations and/or team management </li><li>Direct experience interfacing with Government representatives (e.g., COR, Functional Leads) </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead on-site operations within a secure installation environment </li><li>Active TS/SCI or TS/SCI Eligible </li><li>High School Diploma </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience supporting DoD or joint-service environments </li><li>Familiarity with performance metrics, reporting tools, and contract compliance frameworks </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer.
