<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Provides direct and indirect Speech therapy services as indicated on student IEP's and monitors student progress. Evaluates students to determine need for Speech/Language services, completes written evaluation report, and develops IEP's as appropriate. Writes progress reports and summaries of treatment for Medicaid and ensures all documentation is complete in a timely manner. Attends IEP meetings as required.</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>Requires Licensure by the SC Department of Education in Speech-Language Therapy; a Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology (Communication Disorders); ASHA (American Speech Hearing Association) certification preferred. This position may require communication modalities dependent upon employment placement.</p> <p>Additional Comments</p> <p>If selected for an interview you must provide verification of your highest level of education (i.e., copy of BA Degree, high school diploma, college transcripts) and if applicable, licensure and/or certification (i.e. nursing licensure, teacher licensure, bus driving certification).</p>
