<p>Lead a Full Force team at the Prospect Campus to implement a fantastic 'One at a Time' guest experience from street to seat.</p> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>A highly relational leader with the ability to inspire people toward action. </li><li>A self-starter with great management skills and creative attention to detail. </li><li>A passionate shepherd experienced in developing teams and volunteers. </li><li>A faithful servant with a humble heart of Christ. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the execution of Southeast's Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity.</p> </li><li> <p>Recruit, train, lead, and appreciate volunteers for these areas of ministry:</p> </li><li> <p>Greeters</p> </li><li> <p>Ushers</p> </li><li> <p>Parking Lot</p> </li><li> <p>Hospitality</p> </li><li> <p>New Here Team</p> </li><li> <p>Connection Center Desk</p> </li><li> <p>Weekday Building Hosts</p> </li><li> <p>Special Event weekends & Holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the sanctuary and atrium is prepared for weekend services.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and manage ministry budget.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain alignment of the guest experience in conjunction with the mission, vision and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.</p> </li></ul> <p>Our Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests. </li><li>Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to the Prospect area. </li><li>Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. </li><li>Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one. </li><li>Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun. </li><li>Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways. https://www.southeastchristian.org/who-we-are#mantras </li><li>Please read our Statement of Faith that is attached below.
