This position plays a critical role in the final stage of production by preparing completed jobs for shipment or delivery, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all materials are handled safely and efficiently.</p> <p>Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or similar. This is an in-person position. Thank you for your understanding.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Consistently weigh and jog (lifting) 25-30 lb paper to ensure proper alignment and preparation for cutting operations </li><li>Maintain a constant flow of product to the cutting section cutters </li><li>Liaise and work closely with cutter operators with using good communication and judgment </li><li>Arrange incoming batches to ensure an efficient workflow </li><li>Maintain and update the cutting log </li><li>Change out and move waste product and recycle receptacles in the cutting areas </li><li>Support other co-workers as required3Use </li><li>Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, and/or near misses to management immediately </li><li>Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. </li><li>Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of safety hazards </li><li>Report workplace hazards to management immediately </li><li>Wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required </li><li>Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, and/or near misses to management immediately </li><li>Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations </li><li>Regularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s) </li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment </li><li>Attend all department/company meetings </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>For an extensive list of responsibilities, duties and physical demands/work environment please refer to the attached Job Description.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalency; or six-months to one-year related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred </li></ul> <p>CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read and comprehend job assignment tickets and customer instructional specifications </li><li>Basic computer knowledge </li><li>Effectively communicate with all members of the organization </li><li>Excellent attention to detail </li><li>Quality, production, and team oriented </li><li>Mechanically inclined </li><li>Ability to adapt to schedule changes based on the needs of production </li><li>Ability to cross train and work in other departments and/or machines </li></ul> <p>4over LLC Company History:</p> <p>4over LLC was founded in February of 2001.
