These values are the cornerstone of Plastic Ingenuity.</p> <p>Role Summary:</p> <p>This internship provides real-world, hands-on experience as a network technician, business analyst, and</p> <p>end-user support specialist-building practical technical skills, strengthening problem-solving abilities,</p> <p>and gaining valuable exposure to both IT infrastructure and business operations, all while making a</p> <p>meaningful impact in a professional environment.</p> <p>Rotate through IT, gaining exposure to:</p> <ul> <li>Actively learn PI's environment, business applications, tools, and standards </li><li>PI Help Desk operations - serve as contact ownership from start to finish </li><li>Basic hardware setup, imaging, and deployment </li><li>Workstation moves, setups, and peripheral installations </li><li>Operating systems, business apps, and device platforms </li><li>Security, access controls, and acceptable-use policies </li><li>Testing new systems or enhancements to ensure specified requirements are met </li><li>Provide a professional customer service experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Actively pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in IT related field </li><li>Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office </li><li>Demonstrate a problem-solving, critical thinking, positive attitude and eagerness to learn </li><li>You must be able to lift basic office equipment up to 25 pounds. </li></ul> <p>Plastic Ingenuity is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
