This role serves as a key partner, driving financial visibility and operational efficiency.</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, operational insight, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support strategic initiatives, budget planning, and process improvements.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>Financial & Budget Oversight </li><li>Conduct monthly budget reviews and perform variance analysis. </li><li>Maintain, reconcile, and update budget files and financial reporting tools. </li><li>Prepare financial and budget reviews for senior and executive leadership. </li><li>Perform financial analysis for various company initiatives </li><li>Tax, Compliance, and Administrative Oversight </li><li>Support business registration, tax management. </li><li>Resolve sales tax issues and support audit activities. </li><li>Ensure regulatory and operational compliance across relevant business areas. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field </li><li>2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles </li><li>Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis experience. </li><li>Knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements is helpful. </li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools proficiency. </li><li>Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. </li><li>Financial analysis skills </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <p>Hourly Wages Negotiable based on skill level and experience.
