<p>Our Kforce client, a Fortune 500 insurance company in Worcester, MA is seeking a Senior Systems Auditor. The role will work in a hybrid schedule, 2 days a week in the office.</p> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and execute audits with a focus on automation, machine learning, RPA, and BI solutions </li><li>Perform risk assessments, including identification, evaluation, and documentation of business risks and system controls </li><li>Assess the adequacy of proposed controls for new systems </li><li>Assess and enhance control environments using data analytics and digital tools </li><li>Mentor junior auditors and contribute to their professional growth </li><li>Deliver value-added recommendations and communicate directly with leadership </li><li>Assist management in supervising audit teams on larger audits </li><li>Ad Hoc projects as assigned by leadership </li><li>Assist management with staff assessments* Bachelors in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance </li><li>Certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP </li><li>5+ years of internal audit experience (3+ in IT systems auditing) </li><li>Ability to work independently and perform research using a variety of technical and manual tools </li><li>Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills </li></ul>
