Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.</p> <p>In the role of Construction Manager, we'll count on you to:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate daily record of construction site activity and produce required reports on progress, safety, quality, permit compliance, schedule and budget status. </li><li>Review construction submittals including shop drawings and pay applications </li><li>Prepare, issue and negotiate Change Orders </li><li>Review and analyze baseline and updated construction schedules </li><li>Coordinate with other project team members including the Owner, Engineer, and Contractor </li><li>Work individually or supporting more-senior staff on larger, more complex projects </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 10 years experience in construction management related to water or wastewater treatment facilities </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification </li><li>Experience in Water/Wastewater construction </li><li>Basic knowledge of CPM scheduling (Primavera P6) and cost estimating </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience </li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in various aspects of construction planning and management, including field engineering, construction submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safety </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office </li><li>Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc. </li><li>An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must </li></ul> <p>What We Believe</p> <p>HDR is our company.
