<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Direct all team members in recreation outlets. </li><li>Maintain reasonable operating costs including but not limited to salaries/wages, operating supplies and cost of goods. </li><li>Review and analyze reports and data to use information to optimize and increase revenue. </li><li>Initiate and oversee successful service action plans. </li><li>Maintain scheduling and payroll needs for team members. </li><li>Create, implement, and oversee management of policies, SOP's and any coaching of team members. </li><li>Maintain inventory and purchasing needs for all recreation outlets. </li><li>Review marketing and promotional needs for recreation outlets to increase revenue. </li><li>Maintain and review P&L reporting and analysis for budget and labor needs. </li><li>Consistently meet and communicate with executive leaders for operational updates. </li><li>Ensure all recreation outlets are performing at optimal efficiency, and all guests are receiving professional, timely, and friendly service. </li><li>Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to effectively deal with guests, management, and team members. </li><li>Able to remain calm during emergency situations. </li><li>Consistently exhibits courteous, respectful, and appropriate communications and presents information in a concise and understandable format. </li><li>Contributes to a positive work environment, fosters collaboration, and provides a tangible contribution to GSR. </li><li>Self-motivated and detail oriented, ability to handle multiple projects and tasks. </li><li>Comfortable using computer operating systems and tools, including Microsoft Windows and Office Suite programs. </li><li>Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required. </li><li>Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, supervising, instructing, precision working, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making. </li><li>Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. </li><li>Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 4 years' recreation management experience is required or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to maintain appropriate Alcohol Awareness card. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting, standing, walking, occasionally reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing during the duration of their shift. </li><li>Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull over 50lbs occasionally. </li><li>The team member will have constant repetitive use of both hands, occasional light grasping motions and firm/strong grasping motions. Finger dexterity of both hands will be occasionally required. </li><li>Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision. </li><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Work performed indoors and outdoors, alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts around computer equipment, electrical, and mechanical devices. </li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud or quiet at times. </li><li>Team member may be exposed to confined areas, extreme heat, extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions, vibrations, solvents/oils, fumes/odors, dirt/dust, flame/heat generated devices, moving objects, high places, and slippery surfaces. </li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li></ul>
