<p>As an Action Line TO you would be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Generating maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. </li><li>Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture. </li><li>Assisting with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results. </li><li>Maintaining a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers </li></ul> <p>As a?{Job Name}?you would be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Assists sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions. </li><li>The In-House Sales Manager will manage sales line to maximize operating budget targets. </li><li>In-House Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining HGV minimum performance standards. </li><li>Attends and conducts site meetings as directed. </li><li>Conducts sales presentations as prospect flow dictates. </li><li>May conduct refresher training for sales representatives falling below minimum standards. </li><li>Specific managerial duties as assigned varies from sales site. </li><li>Presents prices, financing, and incentives to prospective sales guests. </li><li>Makes the decision when to close negotiations to complete a sale to a guest. </li><li>In addition to the other job duties of the In-House Sales Specialist Supervisors, we want to include the following: </li></ul> <p>Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
