This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys leading a classroom, creating consistent routines, and supporting toddlers as they develop independence, communication, and social skills in a structured, play-based environment.</p> <p>Our toddler program emphasizes positive guidance, hands-on learning, and predictable daily routines that help children feel safe, confident, and engaged.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead a toddler classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment</p> </li><li> <p>Implement daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
