A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Valid Driver's License </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Completes corrective and preventive work orders as assigned. </li><li>Performs minor electrical repairs, installation and maintenance. </li><li>Performs minor plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation. </li><li>Clears obstructions from drain lines. </li><li>Performs minor carpentry repairs and furniture assembly. </li><li>Performs periodic standard and safety inspections and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. </li><li>Ability to operate motor vehicles and power tools safely and effectively </li><li>Supports Special Events when necessary by moving tables, chairs, bleachers and similar activities. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service. </li><li>Responds to emergency situations during normal work hours and after hours. </li></ul> <p>A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.</p> <p>Military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply</p> <p>Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Code: 51L, 3E131, 1701, 3E1X1, H190, 1161</p>
