Both roles require excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with business-facing BAs, product owners, and engineering leads.</p> <p>These are hands-on, technical BSA roles; not pure documentation or coordination roles.</p> <p>Role 2: Technical BSA - InsuranceNow Feature Squads (Shared)</p> <p>This BSA will be a shared technical resource across multiple InsuranceNow feature squads, supporting new development and enhancements.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Acting as a technical BSA partner for feature teams working in InsuranceNow </li><li>Collaborating with business BAs to translate business requirements into technical stories </li><li>Leading story refinement and backlog grooming from a technical perspective </li><li>Defining and validating acceptance criteria, edge cases, and negative scenarios </li><li>Ensuring stories are implementation-ready before entering sprint </li><li>Supporting developers by clarifying InsuranceNow behavior, configuration impacts, and integrations </li><li>Identifying cross-team dependencies and reducing ambiguity early </li><li>Helping maintain consistency in how InsuranceNow requirements are written and implemented </li><li>Serving as a trusted onshore point of contact for business and engineering stakeholders </li><li>Onshore only </li><li>Strong, proven Guidewire InsuranceNow experience </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li><li>Comfortable working directly with business BAs and product partners </li><li>Able to operate independently with low-medium guidance and add structure to ambiguous problem spaces </li><li>Technical enough to partner effectively with developers and QA </li></ul> <p>Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.</p> <p>Salary and Other Compensation:</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until March 3rd 2026.
