<p>Piper Companies is seeking a remote ERP Technical Analyst for a regional leader in industrial automation solutions headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC). The ERP Technical Analyst will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. This will be a hybrid position out of Raleigh, NC.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the ERP Technical Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Administer and support the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system, including configuration, performance optimization, and development of custom business rules using C#. </li><li>Design and maintain enterprise data sets in Azure Synapse Analytics, enabling robust reporting and insights across departments. </li><li>Create and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and support Epicor Data Analyzer for financial reporting and budgeting needs. </li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to automate workflows and maintain integrations with Epicor QuickShip and Wireless Warehouse. </li><li>Document system configurations and workflows, and provide training and ongoing support to users on ERP features and analytical tools. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the ERP Technical Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications on Windows Server and SQL Server platforms. </li><li>Proficiency in C# for developing business rules, scripts, and ERP system customizations. </li><li>Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and stored procedure development. </li><li>Familiarity with data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and Azure Synapse pipelines; Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus. </li><li>Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 ERP and related tools such as Epicor Data Analyzer (EDA), QuickShip, and Wireless Warehouse; understanding of warehouse and distribution operations is preferred. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the ERP Technical Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000/year, dependent on experience </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Sick leave if required by law, medical, dental, vision, 401K </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 08/11/2025.
