<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>#Hybrid Schedule (Tuesday-Thursday) at any Hub Location</p> <p>The EDI Analyst will ensure data meets EDI UCC/X12 standards and Acosta's provided guidelines for quality control. Manage data integration via Electronic Data Interchange, XML, Text and Excel formats into and out of ACOSTA Relay. Files are received and transmitted via SFTP, Fax/Email, Value Added Network and AS2 (Encrypted Internet Transport). Check software updates and ensuring programs are running smoothly, as well as recommending changes for these programs for improvement. Provide best in class support to clients, customers and Acosta associates.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide professional, prompt, accurate and courteous customer service and communication to clients, customers and Acosta associates. This includes the ability to maintain composure and handle demanding situations professionally and courteously. Recognize information that must be forwarded to others, throughout the business community, and communicate that information effectively. Request are received via ADS dashboard in ACOSTA Relay and other communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain profiles, formats, overrides and encryption certificates for client, customers and value-added networks in ACOSTA Relay and Axway.</p> </li><li> <p>Extract, scrub, quality control data by testing and evaluating results for all formatted data for transport inbound and outbound of ACOSTA Relay. This entails all orders, order changes, order cancellations, order confirmations, advance shipment notices, invoices, customer confirmations, acknowledgements, promotions, price changes, credit/debit adjustments, application advice, text data, product activity data, planning data/material release, order status report, warehouse shipping order and warehouse shipping advice. Data is processed via EDI transactions, fax/email, XML, text files and excel spreadsheets.</p> </li><li> <p>Process all requests for adding, inactivating, maintaining and password resets of ACOSTA Relay users (Clients, Acosta Associates, Offshore Associates) via K2 form and ADS request.</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solve Help Desk service tickets for issues within ACOSTA Relay.</p> </li><li> <p>Decision making with both analytical and creative thinking skills to take initiative, assess situations and analyze information to create positive results for clients, customers and Acosta associate. Generate innovative ideas for process improvements and successfully implement them.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient knowledge of ACOSTA Relay, SFTP, Axway, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and specific computer languages and program necessary to perform the job proficiently</p> </li><li> <p>Primary resource for data sent SFTP, Fax/Email, Value Added Network and AS2 (Encrypted internet transport) for clients, customers to ensure data integrity, acknowledgment status and quality control.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in and recommend data integration or extraction processes for onboarding, offboarding and merging of clients and customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate and implement new business for Invoice Process Outsourcing (IPO) to enhance the full-service offering.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and resolve errors on data failure.
