<p>Security Site Supervisor - Dutchess County, NY (Fishkill, NY)</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM</p> <p>Pay: Competitive, based on experience</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team of Security Officers at a client location in Dutchess County. This position is ideal for a professional leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality service.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and site personnel to ensure post orders are followed and security requirements are met.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and complete required reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to staff while ensuring accountability and professional growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all posts.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the main point of contact with client representatives, addressing needs and ensuring top-tier customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with payroll and administrative reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>As needed, perform Security Officer duties in accordance with site requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED required; higher education is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in security or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>CPR/First Aid certification (required).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of security operations, patrol procedures, and emergency response.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to adapt to changing environments and respond effectively under pressure.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Organizational and time-management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to write clear reports and maintain accurate documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in challenging situations.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical capability to perform patrols, stand/walk for extended periods, and respond quickly in emergencies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Frequent walking, standing, and stair climbing; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Role requires flexibility, focus, and professionalism in dynamic situations.</p> </li></ul> <p>EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabilities</p> <p>#WPNY</p>
