<p>Description</p> <p>Our Youth Advocates play a vital role in guiding youth toward stability, confidence, and success-while gaining meaningful experience in human services. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with youth, a commitment to youth empowerment and advocacy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>What you will be doing to make a difference:</p> <ul> <li>Driving is required </li><li>Spending time with and supervising 12 youth in a mid-size home like environment </li><li>Providing support and encouragement to youth </li><li>Ensuring the overall safety of youth in the program </li><li>Assist youth with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management </li><li>Acting as a positive role model to support youths' wellbeing </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Full Time, 40 hours per week.
