<p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the supply chain planning team to optimize cost efficiency and enhance delivery reliability of all materials and products. </li><li>Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team. </li><li>Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies aligned with the overarching supply chain strategy. </li><li>Drive the advancement and refinement of planning processes, methods, guidelines, and systems. </li><li>Ensure processes adhere to defined standards while consistently meeting targets. </li><li>Identify and rectify deviations or bottlenecks promptly. </li><li>Align supply chain activities with strategic business objectives. </li><li>Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technical Field, or Supply Chain. </li><li>Demonstrated Planning and Logistics experience within a manufacturing plant environment. </li><li>Successful history of managing and directing a team. </li><li>Self-motivated, driven, and assertive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impactful results. </li><li>Excellent written & verbal communications skills </li><li>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
