<p>Job Summary Under general supervision, the Lakeside Operations Specialist supports daily operations at 370 Lakeside Park by providing customer service, managing point-of-sale transactions, coordinating reservations, and assisting with programming and events. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for park visitors while supporting operational needs across rental areas, campground facilities, and the check-in station. This role may also provide guidance to front desk attendants and assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.</p> <p>Normal Shift: 40 hours per week and may include shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., including weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Respond to customer service calls within enterprise operations and throughout the park; document responses as required. </li><li>Operate point-of-sale systems and assist with camping and facility reservations, equipment rentals, and memberships. </li><li>Perform light maintenance tasks such as emptying trash, moving furniture, checking breakers, thawing pipes, cleaning watercraft, and setting up or taking down equipment (tables, chairs, cones, barricades). </li><li>Analyze situations and implement or recommend solutions to support efficient and effective operations. </li><li>Identify abandoned vehicles and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and offering directions or information to enhance their experience. </li><li>Support programming and event operations, including planning, organizing, hosting, and supervising activities at 370 Lakeside Park. </li><li>Ensure all work is performed in compliance with established City safety standards. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be a U.S. citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker.
