The university offers a great work environment.</p> <p>Training Coordinator Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and produce short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs. </li><li>Develop impactful video-based learning assets, simulations, and assessments that drive learner engagement, compliance, and operational performance. </li><li>Operate independently to plan, develop, and execute talent management and learning projects. </li></ul> <p>Training Coordinator Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience. </li><li>Experience designing and producing short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs </li><li>Adept at translating complex technical and safety procedures into training modules </li><li>Demonstrated experience producing short-form training videos and digital learning content. </li><li>Strong skills in video editing software </li><li>Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital content authoring tools. </li><li>Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple training projects at once. </li><li>Experience supporting and communicating with multiple stakeholder groups including partners, customers, and campus leaders. </li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills. </li><li>Experience in health, safety, facilities, security or technical training environments preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of microlearning principles and best practices for modern learners preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content preferred. </li><li>Valid driver's license. Driving is required within the campus. </li></ul> <p>Shift:</p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. </li></ul> <p>(H)</p>
