<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Provides consistent day to day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit that drives customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience. Manages the orientation and on-boarding of new staff and the growth and development of current employees. Participates in the Clinical Advancement Program and is an active member of the unit leadership team.
