<p>Description</p> <p>Manchester Veterinary Clinic is hiring for a part-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team!</p> <p>Our Ideal Candidate:</p> <p>The ideal candidate would act as a role model in demonstrating our values. They would collaborate with the practice manager, medical director, associate veterinarians, and/or other supervisors to foster teamwork and facilitate a productive, professional working environment. This is a part-time position.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. </li><li>Answer multi-line phone system </li><li>Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients </li><li>Schedule appointments </li><li>Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions accurately </li><li>Ensure the lobby is clean and organized </li><li>Educate clients on wellness plans, preventative care, and post-visit instructions to promote long-term pet health </li><li>Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in every client interaction, reinforcing trust and the human-animal bond </li></ul> <p>Experience & Skills Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a veterinary. Medical, or customer service setting preferred </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Comfort using computers and veterinary software </li><li>Compassionate and professional demeanor with clients and pets </li><li>Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team </li><li>Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, standing, and walking throughout the day. </li><li>Must be comfortable working in an environment with animals of all sizes, including exposure to noise, odors, and pet dander </li></ul> <p>Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a rate ranging from $17-$19/hr.
