Join us to make a meaningful impact while being part of a culture that celebrates and supports you every day.</p> <p>Your Role as a Life Skills Instructor:</p> <p>You will assist adults with disabilities in developing the skills necessary for greater independence in residential or community settings. You'll oversee a caseload of individuals and provide ongoing support, both in their homes and in the community.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Daily Living Support: Help with cooking, cleaning, and transportation to appointments.</p> </li><li> <p>Skill Development: Work with individuals to achieve their personalized goals based on their abilities and preferences.</p> </li><li> <p>Case Management: work on individualized goals, collaborate with the clinical team to work on symptom management, and recreation/community-based opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Community Engagement: Encourage participation in activities like sports, movies, shopping, crafts, walking in the park, and other enjoyable experiences.
