By delivering next morning results to healthcare providers nationwide, HealthTrackRx is the premier option for patients and healthcare professionals and in an exciting phase of growth!</p> <p>Job Summary: The Lab Services - Field Supervisor is primarily responsible for the supervision and management of the remote Lab Support Specialists. Responsible for assisting with hiring and terminations, performance management, training, and coverage coordination of remote Lab Support Services staff. Responsibilities include but not limited to management, support performance oversight of day-to day operations of Remote Lab Support team including timecard/PTO requests, schedules, day to day problem, training, documentation and competencies.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities/Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Manage performance and day-to day oversighting of remote Lab Support team including timecard/PTO requests, schedules, problem solving, training, documentation and competencies. </li><li>Manage team schedules and communicate adjustments and changes timely and as needed </li><li>Approval and correction of timecards on or before deadlines </li><li>Maintains required 5x5 cadence of communication with team (weekly and monthly communications and all hands meetings) </li><li>Manage team metrics and report individual and team performance metrics monthly to Director. </li><li>Document standard operating procedures (SOP) of team, update and submit changes to process as needed </li><li>Maintains all account and team support activity in Salesforce, update as necessary </li><li>Maintain required competencies and required documentation for team </li><li>Follows HR feedback journey requirements with direct reports, completes 100% on or before deadlines </li><li>Completes weekly 1:1 with team members and weekly team meetings, all tracked in Saleforce </li><li>Monitors required HTRx and team trainings and ensures 100% team completion on or before scheduled deadlines </li><li>Tracks and monitors all team errors and error rates, reporting on monthly to Director. </li><li>Complete and submit CAPAs as identified/required by Quality Department </li><li>Provide initial and ongoing training for new and existing staff </li><li>Development and refinement of all training materials </li><li>Collaboration with sales team, assisting with account set up, general expectations of TAT and support as needed </li><li>Support of Regional Account Manager lab support needs </li><li>High level of understanding of compliance, CAPA and other regulations governing Lab Support Processes. </li><li>Actively participates in the Lab Operations process and supports on site lab functions travel as needed </li><li>Works directly with the Director of Lab Services to identify process gaps, process improvements and review team productivity monthly. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education - </li><li>Bachelor's Degree, preferred. </li><li>Competencies/Skills - </li><li>Advanced computer skills </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Strong presentations skills </li><li>Ability to develop and deliver regular performance metrics </li><li>Strong leadership skills </li><li>Knowledge of protected class hiring </li><li>Knowledge or proper termination processes </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Advanced knowledge or compliance, CAPA and other governing regulations surrounding lab operations </li></ul> <p>Experience -</p> <ul> <li>2 years experience in lab setting with track record of increasing responsibilities </li><li>Previous experience working with Microsoft Office Suite including TEAMS </li><li>Previous Salesforce and Tableau experience, preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of medical laboratory terminology and thorough understanding of the sample collection, shipping, processing, and reporting processes </li><li>CAPA Requirements </li><li>Compliance Requirements </li></ul> <p>Certifications/Licenses -</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Current automobile liability insurance </li></ul>
