<p>Financial Systems Analyst drives the functional implementation and ongoing maintenance of system solutions. The role participates in business process redesign and documentation for new technology, performs testing, validation, and master data management, and acts as an early adopter of the new solutions; ensuring they meet business requirements.</p> <p>Financial Systems Analyst manages access rights and authorizations and ensures data integrity and reconciliation for the core RBDC systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong functional knowledge of the underlying processes, such as Accounting, Pricing, Master Data Management, Cash Application and Collections. As a Subject Matter Expert, the role will drive broader RBDC Finance training efforts.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Areas that play to your strengths</p> <p>All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:</p> <p>Expand all</p> <ul> <li>DRIVE DEPLOYMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM SOLUTIONS </li></ul> <p>Support the Finance portions of system enhancements, including S/4, Spring, and HRC</p> <p>Support the A/R automation deployment by actively participating in the design flow documentation</p> <p>Drive key change projects by analyzing functional requirements, use cases, and target solutions</p> <p>Work with the business stakeholders, IT teams, and the vendors to ensure the successful rollout of new solutions</p> <p>Lead the functional testing and validation efforts and ensure completeness and compliance with business users' requirements</p> <p>Ensure all key processes and controls are covered through implementation</p> <p>Lead the change management efforts</p> <ul> <li>SUPPORT BUSINESS PROCESS GOVERNANCE AND ENSURE BUSINESS CONTINUITY </li></ul> <p>Support new processes and ensure no business interruption to the affected entities</p> <p>Ensure data integrity by adequate Master Data Management and relevant reconciliation between all systems</p> <p>Ensure key processes and transactions are designed to flow accurately and efficiently between different systems</p> <p>Manage access rights and authorizations across RBDC core systems</p> <p>Lead the Finance Process Governance and alignment with the Global DQM group</p> <ul> <li>SUPPORT THE BROADER ORGANIZATION THROUGH TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION </li></ul> <p>Champion the training creation and deployment to the wider user population</p> <p>Support the broader Finance organization with coaching, mentoring, and training on the new systems and processes</p> <p>Participate in the development of new process documentation</p> <p>Support other departments outside Finance as needed</p> <p>Deploy RPA when efficiencies and optimization can be beneficial</p> <p>Other duties as may be assigned</p> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Your areas of knowledge and expertise</p> <p>that matter most for this role:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting </li><li>High performer with proven understanding of financial processes, including SAP S/4Hana FI, A/R, Pricing, Cash Application, and Master Data Management </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li><li>Strong computer skills, high proficiency with Excel, reporting, and ability to quickly learn new systems </li><li>RPA experience, preferably with UiPath or Power Automate </li><li>Self-starter with excellent communication skills </li><li>Self-directed; requires limited oversight </li><li>Work independently and problem-solve issues </li><li>Beverage industry experience is a plus </li><li>Controlling / GL accounting experience </li><li>Process improvement certification - lean administration, six sigma etc. </li><li>Preferred experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Celonis </li><li>Travel 10-20% </li><li>Permanent </li><li>Benefits eligible </li></ul>
