<p>Ride Maintenance Supervisor</p> <p>Ripleys Tennessee attractions is seeking a Ride Maintenance Supervisor</p> <p>Full Time Position</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Ride Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the proper operation and maintenance of rides. This role emphasizes proper maintenance, repairs, safety accountability, and training, ensuring compliance with all operational standards and regulations.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Safety and Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Enforce safety protocols and ensure all rides and attractions are operated in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. </li><li>Conduct routine maintenance audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. </li><li>Support leadership in executing proper emergency response procedures and ensure staff are trained in proper emergency protocols. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of safety checks, maintenance reports and compliance records </li></ul> <p>Accountability:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor ride maintenance operations to ensure adherence to operational standards. </li><li>Evaluate team performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance operations. Ride attractions maintenance necessary </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong Knowledge of ride operation safety standards and regulations (e.g.,ASTM, AIMS, NAARSO, OSHA) </li><li>Excellent leadership skills </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Excellent knowledge of maintenance procedures, part inventories and vendor management </li><li>Experience with mountain coasters and small amusement rides </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in an outdoor environment, including exposure to varying weather conditions. </li><li>Physical stamina to inspect rides and attractions, including climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods </li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings </li><li>Must be able to lift 30 pounds </li></ul>
