Explore our open roles and be part of a company that's raising the bar for airport dining.</p> <p>The Opportunity:</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our New Belgium Brewing Restaurant, located at Denver International Airport. You will lead a dynamic team, foster a positive environment, and oversee the daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, and a foodie at heart, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary: $64,000 - $75,000 annually </li><li>Quarterly Bonuses </li><li>Free RTD EcoPass and free airport parking </li><li>Free employee meals during shifts </li><li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance </li><li>Medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs) </li><li>Paid Vacation: 10 days per year (accrued bi-weekly based on hours worked) and 24 hours per year for Floating Holiday </li><li>Paid Sick Leave: Up to 56 hours annually (accrued bi-weekly based on hours worked) </li><li>Up to 80 hours of Public Health Emergency leave (as declared) </li><li>401(k) retirement plan with 5% company match </li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations </li><li>Oversee daily operations, including staff management, food quality, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and inventory control </li><li>Supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, providing leadership, and fostering a collaborative work environment </li><li>Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure consistent performance and exceptional customer service </li><li>Enforce company policies and procedures with management and team members </li><li>Identify and resolve operational issues, working with upper management to implement effective solutions </li><li>Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, and ad hoc projects as needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned to maintain smooth restaurant operations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of restaurant management experience </li><li>Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Sound judgment and strong decision-making abilities </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Must be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. </li></ul> <p>Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity:</p> <p>We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are treated with respect, dignity, and fairness.
