If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, working as part of a team, and helping customers get exactly what they need - this is the role for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As a Distribution Center / Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our inventory moving accurately and efficiently. You'll:</p> <ul> <li>Pull customer orders, branch transfers, and delivery stock </li><li>Receive incoming product and verify accuracy </li><li>Maintain and manage inventory levels </li><li>Perform general warehousing functions (stocking, organizing, staging orders) </li><li>Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow </li><li>Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace </li><li>Complete required paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail </li><li>Perform other warehouse duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <p>You'll succeed in this role if you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a team that gets things done.</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the day </li><li>Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. frequently and 20+ lbs. constantly </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Valid NYS driver's license (must be maintained throughout employment) </li><li>Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation) </li><li>Willingness to follow procedures and safety requirements </li><li>A commitment to uphold Haun values: Helpful, Humble, Heart-driven, and Honest </li><li>Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but not required </li></ul> <p>Haun Welding Supply & Specialty Gases is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
