<p>#Assistant Maintenance Technician</p> <p>Location: Jonesboro, AR 72401</p> <p>Job Status: Full-Time</p> <p>Status: Accepting Applications</p> <p>Position Description</p> <p>We are currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. You work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.</p> <p>Do you want to be a part of an amazing company culture? This role will require rotating on-call availability and EPA Certification (preferred).</p> <p>Our Maintenance Technicians provide support to the Service Managers and assume a leadership role in their absence. They provide quality service to our residents, diagnose problems, and make repairs. They are responsible for routine and preventative maintenance repairs. MUST have previous experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring that apartments are made ready for new residents </li><li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion </li><li>Maintain material and supply inventory </li><li>Working with a team to perform routine preventive maintenance </li><li>Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields </li><li>CPO and HVAC Certificate preferred </li><li>Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment </li><li>Ability to handle physical workload </li><li>Deadline and detail-oriented </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Candidates must be positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, have excellent service skills, and be able to manage and organize multiple projects.</p> <ul> <li>Require a minimum of (2) years of multifamily maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical. </li><li>HVAC certification is a plus.
