If you are a renewable-focused civil engineer who aligns with our forward-thinking culture, we invite you to continue reading and apply.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as Engineer of Record and assist with project design team management. </li><li>Collaborate closely with design managers and project managers to create complex site layouts and designs in Civil 3D for utility scale and distributed generation renewable energy projects. </li><li>Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely completion. </li><li>Review project plans and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance. </li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including environmental experts, water resource engineers, survey, and construction support, to ensure seamless project execution. </li><li>Perform civil site design computations, including mass grading, earthwork, and road design. </li><li>Lead the creation of civil sheet sets, including grading, stormwater, and access road design. </li><li>Resolve design challenges efficiently using creative problem-solving. </li><li>Travel: Less than 10% required. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. </li><li>PE license in at least one state, with ability to obtain others. </li><li>4+ years of experience in land development or renewable energy design. </li><li>Proficiency in Civil 3D. </li><li>Expertise in mass grading, earthwork, road design, erosion/sediment control, and drainage. </li><li>Experience managing detailed design for large-scale or complex projects. </li><li>Strong attention to detail, self-starter, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Who We Are:</p> <p>WSB is a design and consulting firm specializing in engineering, community planning, environmental, and construction services.
