Learn more at uchealth.com.</p> <p>Assist with monthly closing-</p> <ul> <li>Analyze processes, material variances, downstream impacts of particulars accounts at operational level. </li><li>Draw correlations between service lines as well as seasonal factors. </li></ul> <p>Data handling, including report generation and review-</p> <ul> <li>Cultivation of drillable and reviewable reports for manager. </li><li>Aid dashboard creation and furnishment to the larger operational team. </li></ul> <p>Analytical duties, including budgeting and financial analysis-</p> <ul> <li>Develop and further refine budgeting methods and models. </li></ul> <p>Provide customer service to our divisions and central administration-</p> <ul> <li>Assist operational groups in understanding workstreams and reporting impacts. </li><li>Facilitate metric reporting through the various tools including but not exclusive to Oracle, Tableau, & Smartview </li></ul> <p>Provide projects to assist the Finance Manager and development of subject matter expertise within Stratajazz-</p> <ul> <li> <p>Building knowledge base within Stratajazz software and offering expertise to new team users.</p> </li><li> <p>Any additional projects and ad hoc analysis as necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1-4 years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with PeopleSoft and SAP financial systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Database and Microsoft package knowledge preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Join our team to BE UC Health.
