Find your future with us.</p> <p>Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support the Aerospace Composites Center (ACC) in Hazelwood, MO!</p> <p>The Aerospace Composites Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeing's Fighter Programs.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing areas </li><li>Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies </li><li>Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements </li><li>Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports </li><li>Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes </li><li>Oversight and Ownership to Zero injury and First Time Quality culture </li><li>Manage, inspire, develop and motivate employees </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment </li><li>3+ years of experience driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and people on production and development programs </li><li>Leadership experience in a formal or informal capacity </li><li>Candidate must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and overtime support program objectives </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant field </li><li>Lean Six Sigma experience </li></ul> <p>Conflict of Interest:</p> <p>Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process</p> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Shift: This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives</p> <p>Total Rewards:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
