We are currently seeking a Production Technician, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6am-2:30pm. RESPONSIBLITIES: Assemble dispensing systems Troubleshoot issues with equipment, using testing instruments Inspect and perform quality control checks Log into daily schedule and complete assigned tasks Escalate any issues/concerns Resolves and test finished products, debugs electrical, mechanical and software issues dynamically Maintains clean, organized workstation Adheres quality and safety standards and participate in safety initiative Document required production documents Coordinate with Quality, Project Engineering, Project management teams related to issues on work shop To succeed, you will need Requirements Previous assembly experience or technical training in a manufacturing environment Ability to learn and operate new computer programs Proficiency with basic hand and power tools Familiarity with industry-standard technical testing equipment Strong problem-solving skills Education High School Diploma or GED required Additional coursework or technical training preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 8 or more hours Ability to lift 35-40 lbs periodically (reasonable accommodations for lifting assistance can be provided as needed) In return, we offer you The opportunity to join and actively contribute to a growing and dynamic Industrial Assembly Solutions organization located in Auburn Hills, MI.
