<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, page layouts, flows, and automation rules. </li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership) to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. </li><li>Manage and support Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ modules, and related integrations. </li><li>Perform ongoing data hygiene, deduplication, and large-scale data imports/exports using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party apps. </li><li>Design and generate actionable reports and dashboards to meet leadership and operational reporting needs. </li><li>Support and manage third-party integrations including marketing platforms, financial systems (e.g., Intacct), and project management tools (e.g., Jira). </li><li>Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides. </li><li>Participate in small-scale development tasks such as creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, and low-code automations (e.g., Flows and Process Builder). </li><li>Provide end-user support and administer change management, testing, and rollout of system enhancements. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with progressive responsibility. </li><li>Salesforce Certified Administrator required </li><li>Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred. </li><li>Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred. </li><li>Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant preferred. </li><li>Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist preferred. </li><li>Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator preferred. </li><li>Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist preferred. </li><li>Salesforce Certified Data Architect (part of Application Architect path) preferred. </li><li>Salesforce Certified Business Analyst preferred. </li><li>Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and integration with third-party systems. </li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and basic Apex/Lightning Components. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in data migration, cleanup, and governance across large datasets. </li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and permission sets. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US based teams are required, including the ability to document technical processes, communicate with non-technical stakeholders, and participate in cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. </li><li>Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse business units. </li><li>BA/QA or Systems Analyst experience is preferred, including requirements documentation and stakeholder facilitation. </li><li>Experience with Salesforce deployment tools is preferred. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
