Review and analyze basic or tactical Finance assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Finance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Concur migration project migrating from an older platform to a new platform. Testing and assisting with writing procedure documentation. FAQs and standard operating procedures. Communicate with different levels of business clearly.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. </li><li>Prior hands-on experience with SAP Concur Travel and Expense application and prefer experience in migration or new system implementation. </li><li>Ability to create training documentation, standard operating procedures, FAQ's and test cases </li><li>Execute Concur and AppZen testing in respective sandboxes </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with end users </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Experience with using Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook and Copilot </li><li>Ability to navigate efficiently in various operating systems </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Migration experience</p> </li><li> <p>Process/Procedure writing</p> </li><li> <p>Financial background</p> </li><li> <p>Experience writing test scripts</p> </li></ul>
