<p>The HR Manager LLC is a boutique HR consulting firm that partners with employers to create employee, applicant, and workplace experiences that align with each organization's core values, culture, and business goals.We support a diverse range of employers, including private schools, small businesses, family foundations, and nonprofit organizations. Our work requires consultants who are hands-on, resourceful, and exceptional problem-solvers with a strong progression of HR generalist experience in small- to mid-sized organizations.</p> <p>Our consultants are true HR "unicorns" - professionals with deep and broad HR knowledge who can confidently answer questions about final pay processing, then seamlessly pivot to designing bonus programs, managing complex leave situations, navigating employee relations matters, advising leadership on sensitive workplace issues, and adeptly working within a variety of HR software platforms and systems.</p> <p>Our consultants are trusted advisors, but they are also highly hands-on. A significant portion of the work involves day-to-day transactional HR support in addition to strategic problem solving and compliance guidance.
