He/She is also responsible for pulling inventory for approved jobs prior to purchasing.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Bar codes hydraulic parts for inventory </li><li>Oversees that all electronics and hydraulics inventory is being received and entered into the computer system correctly </li><li>Oversees that all regular and surplus electronic and hydraulics parts are put into inventory in a neat and efficient manner and ensures that the inventory areas are clean and organized. </li><li>Verifies hydraulic surplus model numbers and tags units with model number and cost </li><li>Add and remove all surplus inventory as being received or removed </li><li>Shrink wraps inventory as necessary </li><li>Understands how to check-in incoming parts and distribute them to the technicians </li><li>Pulls jobs and delivers to technicians as needed </li><li>Runs surplus/jobs back and forth between buildings </li><li>Shelves and scans jobs into storage locations </li><li>Maintains that 1211 location and the backroom are kept neat, clean and organized </li><li>Identifies surplus parts as to good/bad </li><li>Identifies surplus part numbers </li><li>Assists Inventory Control Manager with listing, selling, buying and maintaining Perfection's eBay store </li><li>Assists with scrap and RUR (return unrepaired) jobs </li><li>Assists outside auditors in conducting inventory audits </li><li>Assists remote facilities with inventory as needed </li><li>Serves as part time driver as needed </li><li>Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion </li></ul> <p>Desired Experience, Skills, and Education</p> <ul> <li>Possesses strong organizational skills </li><li>Demonstrates attention to details </li><li>Ability to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced shop environment </li><li>Ability to use computers and computer systems to enter data and to process information </li><li>Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. </li><li>Working knowledge of buying and selling on eBay </li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, vendors, suppliers, and others in a courteous and professional manner </li><li>Ability to use a fork lift </li><li>Regularly required to stand, sit, bend and lift up to 50 pounds </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
