<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Full Time, second shift </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Vacation </li><li>Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The Manufacturing Team Lead supports the Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Warehouse managers and supervisors with the engagement of basic operations for the manufacturing plant</p> </li><li> <p>Under the direction of department managers and supervisors, leads activities in partnership with manufacturing, maintenance, quality and warehouse teams, i.e., team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, visual controls, status-at-a-glance boards, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>This role will lead daily, weekly and/or monthly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans with the team</p> </li><li> <p>You will conduct GEMBA and manufacturing safety audits with department managers and supervisors and perform machine efficiency checks to provide input on downtime issues and discuss solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Additionally, you will partner with department managers and supervisors on performance management, coaching and discipline</p> </li><li> <p>Manufacturing Team Leads assist with preparation and distribution of reports and records, i.e., end of shift report, employees' monthly and daily efficiency, production confirmations, observations, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Other projects or duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 plus years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
