Join us and start your extraordinary journey today.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The position: The Director of Treasury will be responsible for leading a team of Treasury and Senior Treasury Managers for RPM Living. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely Bank Administration functions including but not limited to Bank Account Management, Fraud Prevention, User Administration, Petty Cash Card Program and Treasury Payment Processing.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance </li><li>Identify opportunities and implement Treasury-related business process improvements. </li><li>Develop and support Treasury policies, procedures and controls </li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls. </li><li>Leverage existing banking relationships to open, manage and maintain bank accounts </li><li>Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accounts </li><li>Leverage the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the organization </li><li>Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances, and banking system(s) </li><li>Ensure accurate property cash services setup </li><li>Oversee management of corporate petty cash card program </li><li>Oversee management of the RPM Gift Card program </li><li>Reporting and metrics, bank fee analysis and management </li><li>Successfully manage escalations and provide timely resolution </li><li>Effectively work with and support internal business partners </li><li>Ad hoc projects as requested </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
