<p>Piper Companies is currently looking for a Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) in Raleigh, NC to join a support team tasked with securing internal resources for a Worldwide leader in technology.</p> <p>Responsibilities for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:</p> <ul> <li>Provide guidance and support to company FSOs and DISS users regarding the PCL process and general compliance </li><li>Communicate with government agencies when obtaining rulings and approvals for compliance regulations </li><li>Partake in security inspections and be able to compare policies and procedures with corrective action </li><li>Research security violations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional FSO experience </li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain an TS/SCI CI poly </li><li>Strong knowledge of DISS </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or related experience </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 based on skill level </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, bonus, Sick leave as required by law, and 401K </li></ul> <p>Keywords:</p> <p>Facility Security Officer, FSO, JPAS, Security, Compliance, Classified, TS/SCI, CI poly, Organize, Communication, Top Secret, Security Threat, Security Intelligence, Government</p> <p>This job opens for applications on 8/12/2025.
