<p>Job#: 3033223</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Store Development Lead Project Manager</p> <p>Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid. Onsite Monday-Thursdays, and can work remotely from home on Fridays)</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>As a Global Business Integration Lead, you will be a key player in helping product and development teams be agile and nimble. You will collaborate with business partners to discover and improve processes and tools throughout the footwear organization. This role involves defining, implementing, and documenting new and existing processes to help deliver key business objectives and execute plans.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Identify issues and opportunities to improve internal processes and establish best practices. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure follow-through on the execution of plans. </li><li>Ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across the operational landscape. </li><li>Maintain the product calendar and execute the existing report portfolio for the business. </li><li>Create and facilitate training, procedural, and system documentation as needed. </li><li>Develop detailed project plans for operational projects and deliver them on time. </li><li>Train teams to interpret business data and analytics to make them actionable. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or Strategy is required.</p> <p>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apple and Microsoft Suites, including Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Lookups), is necessary.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>An understanding of or operational experience with product creation. </li><li>A consistent record of leading, planning, and implementing simultaneous creative projects. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment and develop consensus within diverse groups. </li><li>Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with an ability to network and influence. </li><li>Exceptional facilitation skills, including the ability to gather data, listen, and negotiate. </li><li>Understanding of the product and retail value chain from innovation to consumer. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $46.00 to $55.63 per hour.
