If you're passionate about solving design challenges and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead small client teams (1-2 staff), small projects, or portions of large projects using expertise in lighting and power design. </li><li>Apply knowledge of NEC and other national standards to solve medium to difficult design challenges. </li><li>Work independently on multiple project types with minimal supervision. </li><li>Understand energy codes and apply them to power and lighting design. </li><li>Perform photometric calculations, lighting design, and fault current analysis. </li><li>Select lighting systems and controls for simple projects. </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in REVIT. </li><li>Train employees on company standards, drafting techniques, and technical questions related to electrical design. </li><li>Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop construction documents based on client requirements. </li><li>Perform quality control on projects for final review by Engineer of Record. </li><li>Engage in client communication when applicable. </li><li>Assist in establishing project budgets and ensure financial success. </li><li>Edit specifications for small to medium projects. </li></ul> <p>About HFA</p> <p>HFA is a multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and interior design firm thriving in a people-first environment.
