With over 30 years in the telecommunications industry and operations across 21 states, Alliance Mobile offers a collaborative, friendly atmosphere, comprehensive rewards, and a focus on growth and development to start or grow your career!</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prospect for new and existing customers at ACC Properties and Multi-Dwelling Units working closely with Account Managers within AT&T Connected Communities with a focus of meeting or exceeding the following guidelines. Minimum 2 onsite visits per month and 1 onsite event per week. Daily follow up calls/customer service and report daily results. </li><li>Research and analyze existing accounts for additional sales and revenue opportunities, account discounts, renewal eligibility, with a focus on Wireless, Fiber Internet, and DIRECTV Stream. </li><li>Report on performance regarding goal setting for weekly and month-to-date GP per opportunity, Subsidies, Attachment Revenue, and Activations. </li><li>Assists sales organization in providing post-sales support for customer orders. </li><li>Manage personal training and learning paths for AT&T training monthly, quarterly, and annually. </li><li>Ability to manage and report on monthly forecast and complete all expenses reports accurately and on time. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with AT&T Connected Communities a specialized division of AT&T dedicated to creating alliances with community ownership and management groups. </li><li>Manage customer account issues and resolutions through superior customer service. </li><li>Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner. </li><li>Prepare action plan for monthly ACC OPS Review focusing on 3-month performance report at assigned properties. </li><li>Professional approach and demeanor to be able to communicate and interact with AT&T customers and AT&T Account Managers and Leadership. </li><li>Self-driven, analytical thinking, problem solving, customer service oriented, collaboration, ability to handle and overcome objections. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Sales skills </li><li>Strong customer service skills </li><li>Strong communication skills (written & oral) </li><li>Successfully complete a background check, driver's license check and substance abuse testing </li><li>A valid driver's license and good driving record </li><li>Employee must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends </li><li>Time Management </li><li>Prospecting Skills </li><li>Relationship Building </li><li>Pipeline/Funnel Management </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k </li><li>Accruing Paid Time Off </li><li>Holiday Pay </li><li>Parental Leave </li><li>Bonuses </li><li>50% off AT&T Wireless Bill and more Employee Discounts </li><li>Tuition Support </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Salary: Annually plus monthly commission </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision after 60 days of employment as well as LTD, STD, and Life </li><li>PTO </li></ul> <p>EEO has been and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at Alliance Mobile, where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex (not limited to sexual harassment), national origin, age, genetic information, disability, military status or application, or any other basis protected by state, federal or other applicable law.
