<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for the custody and balancing of all non-gaming house funds.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures compliance by Bank Cashiers with established policies and procedures </li><li>Coordinates and verifies cashiering deposits with restaurant and bartending cashiering personnel </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Balances and operates the department's bank vault </li><li>Distributes tokes and chip exchange for Poker Dealers </li><li>Assumes General Cashiering Shift Manager's responsibilities, when needed </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Two years of money handling experience </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Good organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks </li><li>Strong knowledge of Word and Excel </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must complete the Core Supervisor Training course </li><li>Knowledge of general cashiering bank policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
