CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies.</p> <p>Maintenance is responsible for life cycle management and maintaining the reliability of manufacturing assets, spare parts, utilities, through preventive and corrective workorders. The Maintenance team consists of Supervisors, Technicians, Engineers and Specialists, overseeing a 24/7 operation.</p> <p>This is an onsite role Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm fully onsite in Malvern, PA.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Directs the organization of incoming and outgoing materials for verification against shipping documentation. </li><li>Ensures that reviews of orders and pull items are done and staged correctly so that they can be delivered to user department </li><li>Verifies that all inventory and receiving transactions are registered in the system to ensure up-to-date availability of information to end-users as well as timely payment to suppliers </li><li>Oversees the generation of inventory reports and reviews the compiled list of shortages, expired products and other issues for management and reordering. </li><li>Ensures all shipping documents, inspection records are filed properly and correctly updated in the system </li><li>Registers all inventory and receiving transactions in the system to ensure up-to-date availability of information to end-users as well as timely payment to suppliers </li><li>Represent the storeroom and storeroom process on site-wide project teams and business initiatives as assigned. </li><li>Ensures cGMP compliance of initiative activities including adherence to applicable SOP's, Change Control Processes, Work Order Processes, and the Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA's). </li><li>Recognizes and acts on potential compliance issues and opportunities for process changes/improvement. </li><li>Work with Equipment OEM's and suppliers to identify and resolve stock issues. </li><li>Leads inventory audits, compiles and submits audit data to management/lead </li><li>Ensures that storeroom operations are delivered to KPI/targets. Coordinates with suppliers and internal customers on both business standards and standardized expectations. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of some of the following areas preferred: cGMPs, FDA regulations, SAP, MES, USDA, TSA, OSHA. </li><li>Associates degree, and >2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Working knowledge of CMMS, SAP preferred. </li><li>Preferred: 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing equipment and systems. </li><li>Preferred: Prior warehouse or parts stockroom experience </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. </li></ul> <p>About CBRE:</p> <p>When you join CBRE, you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive.
