This is a pure hunter role focused exclusively on prospecting and closing new accounts within the foodservice industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being in the field, and is energized by building new relationships and winning business.</p> <p>Auto-Chlor System provides commercial dishwashing machines and chemical programs through a lease-based service model to restaurants, bars, healthcare facilities, schools, and other foodservice establishments. Our industry is stable, recession-resistant, and highly relationship-driven.</p> <p>This role is focused on new account acquisition only - there is no account management responsibility.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prospect and generate new business within restaurants and foodservice operations across the Louisville and Lexington territories </li><li>Conduct daily in-person sales calls to restaurants, bars, healthcare facilities, schools, and institutional kitchens </li><li>Identify decision-makers and present the value of Auto-Chlor's dish machine leasing and chemical service programs </li><li>Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and territory management </li><li>Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate the operational and financial benefits of Auto-Chlor System solutions </li><li>Close new business and coordinate installation with internal teams </li><li>Maintain consistent activity levels and territory coverage to exceed sales targets </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-3+ years of outside sales experience preferred (B2B or food service sales is a plus) </li><li>Proven ability to prospect and close new business </li><li>Comfortable with cold calling and high daily activity levels </li><li>Self-starter with strong work ethic and competitive mindset </li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory </li></ul> <p>Location: 3600 Chamberlain Ln #124, Louisville, KY 40241</p>
