<p>Job#: 3031236</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>AMI Analyst I</p> <p>Location: Westwood, Massachusetts (Hybrid)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role will support Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) operations by resolving exceptions within AMI systems, ensuring accurate meter data flow, and coordinating with various teams to maintain operational efficiency. This position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Resolve exceptions between the work order management system and the billing system. </li><li>Review system notes and property details to document case information. </li><li>Contact customers, landlords, or property managers to schedule appointments and create work orders. </li><li>Coordinate with deployment supervisors for field visit information. </li><li>Perform additional call attempts and in-person "cold calls" as needed. </li><li>Prioritize workable cases to maintain queue efficiency. </li><li>Participate in case review meetings to address unresolved meter issues. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: A High School diploma and a college degree are required.</p> <p>Experience: This is an entry-level position. Relevant experience is not required.</p> <p>Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the utilities industry or with AMI systems is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on-site in either Westwood or Springfield, MA. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The contract duration is eight months with the potential for extension.</p> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The compensation for this position is $22.83 per hour.
