You will be responsible for planning and implementing a well-rounded and stimulating program of activities for our seniors. But be able to drive community Bus/Van.</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor staff by providing training, setting hours, providing performance feedback, etc. </li><li>Develop, organize, plan, implement, and evaluate a well-rounded and stimulating holistic activity program addressing the needs and limitations of residents. </li><li>Implement life enrichment portion of memory care program. </li><li>Arrange for appropriate activities such as exercise opportunities and spiritual activities as reflected by resident preferences. </li><li>Manage budget, expenses and supplies. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring to the table:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1+ year of experience working with elderly. </li><li>1+ year of experience providing planned activities. </li><li>First Aid Certification based on state requirement. </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Availability for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <p>We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
