<p>About the Role</p> <p>Basic Purpose:</p> <p>Position involves all aspects of the service/ assembly processes including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping /receiving and general clean up. The main focus of the position at this time is in receiving units for service and putting up restock inventory and then learning basic repair skills.</p> <p>Pay: $17.00/HR</p> <p>Shift: 1st Shift</p> <p>Top 5 skills and abilities we are seeking in an applicant:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work. </li><li>Must be able to occasionally sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, push and pull, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interruptions. </li><li>Must have mechanical aptitude required to assemble gear drives and motors. </li><li>Ability to read blueprints. </li></ul> <p>Top 5 tasks for this position:</p> <ul> <li>Hand repair and assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives, putting up restock inventory, parts pulling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up. </li><li>Use hand tools for assembly and disassembly. </li><li>Must visually inspect all work and rework as necessary. </li><li>Must comply with all current ISO Quality and Work Instructions for job, all Company Safety rules, and all other Company rules, policies and procedures. </li><li>Assess each situation and do not perform any tasks which s/he feels is unsafe, on which s/he has not received training, or engage in any unsafe work practices.
