Serve Others, Enrich Lives, Rise Together, and Give Back</p> <p>Position Overview: The Data Analytics Intern will work within DMS' data and analytics platform to support business intelligence (BI) reporting and data-driven decision-making. The intern will help transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting key functions across operations, finance, and technology. This role provides hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and real-world exposure to data modeling, visualization, and performance tracking within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Build and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support business initiatives. Partner with the Data & Analytics team to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across systems. Translate business requirements into clear data visualizations and key performance indicators. Analyze data trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for process improvement. Support ad hoc reporting needs for various departments. Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency with at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling.
